Completed over 500 hours of professional training with hands-on experience and completed client projects. Extensive knowledge of creating digital products and experiences through techniques like prototyping via design platforms including Adobe XD, Figma, Axure, and Balsamiq.  

The Coca-Cola International Online store website: 


Independently Evaluated Usability Testing of shopping experiences on the existing website. Proposed improved functionality, usability, and an immersive shopping experience. Focused on: Usability evaluation, User research, User testing ( moderated and unmoderated), and User Interviews.

 

Redesigned the landing page UI to drive more traffic, elevate consumers' online shopping experiences, and improve the connection between consumers and the Coca-Cola brand. Focused on: UI, visual design, interaction design, Information Architecture, Brand Presentation. Used Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

NASA - Adobe:

Prototyped a Space Education Game for children age 11-13 years old. Focused on: User research, Gamification design, Interactive Design, Visual Design for Mobile Devices including tablets, Information Architecture, High Fidelity prototype using Software Adobe XD.

Drive development of strategy and project plans  (including contingencies) for retail launches and major exhibits—allocate resources and identify risks and potential issues. Design and assess creative concepts for maximum impact, with focus on innovative ideas that provide proprietary advantage. Manage work of agencies and vendors, providing guidance and overseeing performance and deliverables. Build robust and diverse  network of resources to capitalize on best-in-class expertise, approaches, and processes.

Maximized brand identity and cohesiveness through creation of an Experiential-Environmental toolkit (within 90 days of start in role) that defined the look and feel, strategy of Coca-Cola future attraction, retail and physical environment.

Initiated major initiative ($200M-budget) to refresh and reimagine World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta.

Opened the brand new experience, Scent Discovery, in September 2020; increased visitors  to World of Coke 55%, despite COVID-19 crisis, by providing scent molecules  that are much smaller than COVID virus size, enabling visitors to experience aromas while wearing masks.

Oversaw creative team in strategy, development, planning, and execution of a broad range of experiential events, including pop-ups, conferences, retail experiences, and special launches.

Boosted sales of Nintendo Console 25% with creation of brand-new Nintendo gameshow for YouTube, Disney and Nickelodeon channels, that targeted family audiences; delivered six (6) episodes and live event in 110 days, capturing 500M+ impressions.
